You will build and lead a team, manage CAC and ROAS targets, and drive growth from $17M to $30M+ while ensuring compliance with health-claims regulations. This position offers hybrid work and strong upside potential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive digital marketing with DTC leadership.
• Proven track record growing DTC revenue with disciplined CAC, ROAS and margins.
• Experience marketing health products requiring FDA/FTC awareness.
• Expert-led marketing: content across YouTube, email, SEO and lead nurture.

• Lead education-first campaigns across YouTube, blogs, guides, email and social.
• Own the P&L and growth plan for a $17M DTC business with CAC and ROAS targets.
