You will generate fresh creative angles, script ads for UGC, VSLs, static formats, and video content, collaborating closely with our CEO, Sr. Creative Strategist, production team, and media buyers in a fast-paced loop. Remote, full‑time/contract role with growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing creative for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Strong ability to craft hooks, angles, and messaging that convert.
• Comfortable interpreting ad performance metrics to guide creative decisions.
• Experience scripting multiple ad formats (UGC, VSLs, static, video).

Responsibilities

• Research creative trends across competitors to guide work.
• Generate multiple creative angles weekly based on performance data and insights.
• Write scripts for ad formats including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and short-form video content.
• Review campaign performance feedback and use data to inform iterations.
• Provide direction to the design/video team for effective execution.
• Monitor competitor ads and platform best practices across Meta and Instagram.
• Work weekly with media buyer and creative team to test, learn, and scale winning concepts.
