The candidate should show 2+ years in DTC/e-commerce copywriting, possess Klaviyo experience, and deliver human-edited, high-converting copy in near-native US English with fast turnarounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience.
• Portfolio must include email flows, landing pages, and product copy.
• Klaviyo experience — flows and campaigns.
• Strong direct-response instincts and ability to craft compelling CTAs.
• Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices.
• Category fit in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health & wellness is a strong advantage.
• AI workflow: AI inputs ok, final copies human-edited and client-ready.

Responsibilities

• Write email flows (welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back, etc.).
• Create email campaigns (promotional sends, launches, seasonal, upsell, re-engagement).
• Produce SMS copy and craft subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs.
• Develop landing page and pre-lander copy as needed to fill workload gaps.
• Write product page copy, website copy, and SEO content where required.
