Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking a full-time remote DTC copywriter to craft high-converting copy for emails, landing pages, product descriptions, and SEO. The role covers lifecycle emails, campaigns, and SMS, with potential for landing-page work as needed.

You’ll write for multiple brands in fragrance, beauty, or wellness, adapting voice across audiences while leveraging AI tools but ensuring human-edited, client-ready output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience.
• Klaviyo experience — flows and campaigns.
• Strong direct-response instincts for open rates and conversions.
• Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices and audiences.
• Experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health/wellness is a strong advantage.
• AI workflow acceptable but final copies must be human-edited and client-ready.

Responsibilities

• Write email flows (welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, renewal restoration, etc.).
• Create email campaigns for promotions, launches, seasonal offers, upsell, and re-engagement.
• Produce SMS copy including subject lines and preheaders.
• Craft landing page and pre-lander copy as needed; optimize product and brand pages.
• Develop SEO content like category pages and on-site copy for organic traffic.
