Job summary

Abound Health is seeking compassionate Home-Based Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with I/DD in Honesdale, PA and surrounding areas. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with $17.00–$25.00 per hour and a $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates.

As a DSP, you will provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities, helping individuals live safely and with dignity. Training is provided, and opportunities include weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Background checks required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes and communities.
• Assist with behavioral, social, and vocational skill development.
• Follow treatment plans and document progress.
• Provide companionship and respite care.
• Submit documentation and payroll on time.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist with personal care needs as required.
• Work independently in home and community settings.
