Qualus Corporation is seeking a Demand-Side Management (DSM) Analyst to support evaluation and research for electric and gas utilities across North America. The role collaborates with DSM Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers and may include team-lead responsibilities for capable candidates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in the sciences, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of applicable DSM analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience may be considered for Senior-Level roles.

Responsibilities

• Collect information from varied sources and translate into cohesive findings.
• Produce quantitative analyses.
• Conduct technical interviews to obtain data for analysis tasks.
• Explain analysis results with clear basis, meaning, and implications.
• Communicate approaches and results through presentations and meetings.
• Provide recommendations to improve analytical results for clients.
• Proactively check work for accuracy and correct as needed.
• Provide guidance to less experienced analysts.
