Job summary

Ad Hoc is seeking a Content Management and Operations Lead (Drupal) to oversee content operations for a federal regulatory web program. You will supervise a team, set priorities, ensure accessibility, and guide Drupal authoring and editorial workflows to deliver accurate, timely content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web content operations for public websites.
• Hands-on Drupal experience for content types, fields, moderation, and workflows.
• Experience supervising content teams and coordinating publishing workflows.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (Section 508, WCAG).
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a content operations team, assign work, and coach performance.
• Oversee content publishing across public website and intranet with SLA adherence.
• Manage staffing, priorities, and coverage to meet program commitments.
• Provide technical leadership on Drupal content models and publishing workflows.
• Lead content governance, SOPs, and editorial procedures.
• Coordinate with design and development for content improvements.
