Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Content Management and Operations Lead (Drupal) to supervise a content operations team delivering Drupal-based content for federal regulatory sites. You will establish priorities, manage publishing workflows, and enforce governance while collaborating with the Web Team and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on Drupal administration, strong leadership, and a focus on accessibility, content accuracy, and timely delivery in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web content operations for large, public-facing websites.
• Experience supervising content publishing teams and coordinating staffing.
• 3+ years hands-on Drupal administration (9/10/11), including content types and workflows.
• Experience implementing Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards, with hands-on testing.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and supervise a team of content specialists and set priorities.
• Oversee daily content operations, including intake, publication, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure content governance standards, SOPs, and editorial workflows are followed.
• Lead Drupal content administration and editorial workflows across multiple divisions.
• Coordinate training for government stakeholders on Drupal authoring and accessibility.
