Job summary

Fearless Solutions is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to lead a large-scale modernization of a public-facing government website built on Drupal, coordinating across engineering, UX, content, accessibility, cloud infrastructure, migration, and QA.

This fully remote role requires 7+ years of experience driving enterprise website modernization, CMS migrations, and agile delivery with government or regulated environments, ensuring timely, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of total relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading enterprise website modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering Drupal solutions hosted on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project delivery across requirements, architecture and design, implementation, and migration phases.
• Coordinate between delivery team, government stakeholders, and agency IT partners.
• Plan stakeholder workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, decisions, and approvals.
