Job summary

Wing is seeking a Construction Site Launch Manager to join the Real Estate and Site Launch team. This is a remote role based in the United States and requires up to 50% travel, owning nationwide deployment of Wing Nests, drone charging, and operational infrastructure.

You will execute deployment playbooks, identify efficiency gaps, and drive process improvements while coordinating with leadership and field teams to elevate launch standards across all regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management, field operations, or multi-site vendor management.
• Experience managing material/GC budgets and vendor SLAs.
• Proven SOP/Deployment playbook development experience.
• Proficient with Smartsheet or Monday.com and similar trackers.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Vendor leadership and budget oversight across GC contracts and materials.
• Site execution from permit to handover with milestone tracking.
• Identify efficiency gaps and refine launch standards.
• Cross-functional alignment and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate and mentor field staff to ensure regional quality.
