Job summary
The Drone Hospital is seeking a Contract Drone Repair Technician to diagnose and repair drone hardware and firmware across multiple models. You will troubleshoot hardware, perform routine maintenance, replace parts, update firmware, and document repair activities for clients.
You will provide status updates, guide safe operation and preventive care, and cooperate with internal teams to refine repair processes.
Qualifications
- Diagnose and repair drone hardware components (frames, motors, propellers, cameras).
- Troubleshoot drone software and firmware issues, including configuration, calibration, and updates.
- Use diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and basic electronics tools for repair and maintenance.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and manufacturer documentation for various drone models.
- Clear written and verbal communication with clients and documenting repair work.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; manage multiple repair tickets remotely.
- Commit to safety practices and adhere to regulations and industry standards.
