Job summary

Service Robot Co. is seeking technicians to install, repair, and maintain drones and docking/charging stations at customer sites across multiple locations.

You will diagnose faults, repair components, update firmware, and perform regular maintenance, all while documenting work and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Ideal candidates have hands-on electronics and drone repair experience, are comfortable traveling to sites, and can communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronics repair or RC/FPV drones.
• Patience with small parts and precise repairs.
• Ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors.
• Accurate record-keeping and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in drones, docks, and charging systems.
• Repair or replace propellers, motors, electronic speed controllers, batteries, gimbals, and cameras.
• Update firmware and calibrate equipment.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections.
• Follow lithium battery procedures for storage, charging, transport, and disposal.
• Record faults, repairs, replacement parts, and follow-up work.
• Keep spare parts available and report recurring problems.
• Explain repairs and next steps to customers.
