Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of truck driver recruiting experience.
• Owner-operator recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in intermodal/drayage or transportation industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and driver qualification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies by market to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified drivers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, run reports, request documentation, and schedule drug screens.
• Leverage recruiting platforms to track, process, and qualify candidates.
• Use social media and recruiting events to expand driver leads and applications.
• Partner with Operations to align hiring with pay structures and capacity needs.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations during the hiring process.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
