Responsibilities

• Develop accurate drainage designs, maps, and project layouts using GPS, LiDAR data, and design software.
• Review landowner goals, field conditions, and soil data to create efficient drainage plans.
• Prepare job packets, material lists, maps, and documentation for field crews.
• Communicate with farmers, landowners, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain organized project files, digital records, and design archives.
• Support operations with one calls and material ordering coordination.
