Job summary

Deep Roots Drainage is seeking a Crew Foreman to lead day-to-day operations on agricultural drainage projects across North Dakota. You will guide a crew, coordinate with the project manager, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.

You should bring experience in ag drainage, strong leadership, and clear communication with customers. Overnight travel is required at times as projects vary by season and location.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural drainage construction preferred.
• Comfortable leading a team and communicating clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact with customers.
• Familiarity with the equipment used in drainage work.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew on Agriculture Drainage projects.

• Keep track of progress, materials, and project details.
• Operate and maintain drainage equipment.

Deep Roots Drainage is a locally owned company specializing in high-quality drain tile installation for farms and rural properties across North Dakota. We are looking for a Crew Foremen to join our team. If you’ve got experience in ag drainage, enjoy leading a crew, and like seeing projects come together out in the field, this could be a great fit.

You’ll be running day-to-day operations on drainage jobs, ensuring customer expectations and schedules are met, problem solving, and making sure the work is done safely and correctly.
