Job summary

First American National Commercial Services is seeking a survey/CAD technician to join our Norman, OK team. You will draft surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey, support field crews with stakeout calculations, and produce CADD deliverables for commercial properties.

The role requires strong math skills, precise communication, and familiarity with MS software. This position may be in-office in Norman or fully remote, with pay in the range shown.

Qualifications

• AA degree in CAD or related engineering program is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey is required.

Responsibilities

• Drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey.
• Field crew support with stakeout calculations.
