Job summary

First American National Commercial Services is seeking a survey drafting professional to join a team handling multi-property national commercial real estate projects. You will draft staking calculations and CADD drawings, support field crews, and collaborate with surveyors and project managers.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey, strong math and communication skills, and a willingness to work from Norman, OK or remotely are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AA degree in CAD or engineering preferred.
• Experience with surveying concepts and field/office coordination is a plus.
• Strong math, measurement, and organizational skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft staking calculations and CAD drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey.
• Support field crew with stakeout calculations.
• Produce CADD deliverables for commercial surveys.
• Coordinate with project managers to align work with project scope and deadlines.
