Job summary

First American's National Commercial Services team seeks a CAD Survey Technician to draft using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey, support field crews, and produce CADD surveys for commercial properties.

You will align daily work with project scopes and deadlines, bring strong math skills, and communicate clearly. An AA CAD/engineering background and related experience are preferred. This role can be in Norman, OK or remote.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in a CAD or related engineering program.
• Preferably 4 years of related CAD or surveying experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong reading of field notes and math skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drafting using AutoCAD Civil 3D or Carlson Survey
• Field crew support with the preparation of stakeout calculations
• CADD production of commercial surveys
