Excelra Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Dotmatics Consultant for a remote position in the United States. You will lead implementations, design data models and templates, and train internal teams and customer key users.

The role requires 3–5 years of Dotmatics configuration, strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with data modeling. LIMS/ELN experience is a plus and collaboration with R&D IT is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Dotmatics configuration and implementation from scratch.
• Strong SQL, Python and data model designing experience.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in science/healthcare.
• Experience with LIMS/ELN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leading Dotmatics implementation, designing the data model, forms and templates as part of implementation.
• Provide Dotmatics training on configuration to internal delivery team and the customer key users.
• Scientific business analysis to review processes and create BPMN process flows using Visio/Lucidchart.
• Gather requirements and document use cases for stakeholders.
• Demonstrate workflows to business users and R&D IT stakeholders.
• Produce and deliver required configuration, documents, and reports to customers.
