Job summary

The Obama Foundation is seeking a Pipeline Management Analyst to support donor research, portfolio insights, and event briefings. You will collaborate with the Prospect Research team to build donor profiles and identify new prospects, while helping maintain data accuracy and risk assessment processes.

The role is remote with a base in the Chicago area, and supports a range of pipeline initiatives including major gifts readiness and campaign briefings.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of donor research experience.
• Familiar with research techniques and vendors such as iWave and LexisNexis.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-changing workload.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; independent and team-oriented.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support frontline fundraisers with donor research and portfolio insights.
• Prepare briefing materials for events and campus tours.
• Assist in pipeline and donor data update projects.
• Contribute to research for Mid-Level giving program.
• Provide background information for Foundation events and tours.
• Lead ongoing reputational risk assessment processes.
