Center for Biological Diversity is seeking a Donor Relations Manager who will oversee donor communications and manage a small team. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and fundraising skills. The successful candidate will drive fundraising efforts among Leadership Circle members who contribute significantly to philanthropic revenues.

This hybrid role is based in Tucson, Arizona, allowing for some remote work while ensuring effective engagement with the donor community.

Formación

• Five to seven years of proven successful fundraising experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience with donor relationship management databases.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, oversee, and support production of fundraising campaigns.
• Provide year-round stewardship of Leadership Circle members.
• Ensure timely and high-quality donor communications.
