This hybrid role is based in Tucson, Arizona, allowing for some remote work while ensuring effective engagement with the donor community.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of proven successful fundraising experience.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Extensive experience with donor relationship management databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and support production of fundraising campaigns.
• Provide year-round stewardship of Leadership Circle members.
• Ensure timely and high-quality donor communications.
