Job summary

Harlem Lacrosse is seeking a Manager, Donor Experience to support the Development Team’s growth. This role focuses on donor qualification, direct fundraising, and development operations, working with data tools and portfolio owners to optimize donor journeys.

Remote position with travel to Harlem Lacrosse’s five cities. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 and benefits include health coverage, 401k with match, and a technology stipend.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong writing skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of Harlem Lacrosse’s collaborative national model.
• Basic knowledge of donor management systems and Trello.

Responsibilities

• Analyze donor engagement data to re-engage or deepen relationships.
• Create donor profiles and share with portfolio owners.
• Perform pipeline analysis to identify new donors.
• Support fundraising and stewardship across five regions.
• Maintain donor information in CRM and Trello and ensure accuracy.
• Track portfolio analytics and donor performance metrics.
• Provide staffing support for national fundraising events.
• Maintain development resources and documents.
