• Steward a portfolio of approx. 1,000 mid-level donors.
• Conduct donor interviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Reach out to donors by phone, email, and mail with personalized asks.
• Collaborate with partner teams and participate in training sessions.
• Document donor interactions and outcomes in HubSpot.
