Job summary

Virtual Vantage Inc. is onboarding independent contractors to support fundraising for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. This role is ideal for individuals who communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and can follow structured scripts and processes.

You will handle donation-related calls, enter pledge information accurately, and adhere to compliance while working with flexible schedules and your own quiet home workspace. A Windows PC and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months remote customer service or 1 year on-site experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating systems while speaking.
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities
