Job summary

Bravura Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Lead Auditor to sustain and remediate enterprise RMIC for a DoD client. The role emphasizes risk management, internal controls, and compliance with DoD policies and audit standards.

Candidates should have 7+ years RMIC/audit support and 5+ years in DoD environments, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years RMIC/audit support experience.
• 5+ years supporting DoD environments.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD RMIC policy (DoDI 5010.40, A-123) and audit standards.
• Experience developing/reviewing SOPs and process documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT, administrative, technical and financial management; report monthly on status and actions.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans for monthly reporting.
• Lead TIMs with government and contractor stakeholders; coordinate travel as needed.
• Provide IT/process integration to improve efficiency and control health across the enterprise.
• Oversee CPARs, corrective actions, and test plans for control effectiveness.
