Job summary

Intrepid, a leading SPA Company, seeks a Program Manager to support the Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio for DoD and US Government customers. You will report to the Portfolio Lead and collaborate with client Program Managers and Team Leads to oversee acquisition programs, measuring cost, schedule, and performance against plans.

Requirements include a Master’s degree with 20+ years in federal service, active DoD clearance, and the ability to commute to the NCR area weekly.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 20+ years of military and/or federal government service.
Experience supporting senior government civilian (SES) and military leaders (O-6+) in technical, management and business development roles.
Experience leading people and delivering superior quality services.
Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher) and ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Support Government leadership in understanding and defining existing and future systems based on projected threats and rapid tech development.
Monitor program scope, schedule, and budget; ensure definitions are well maintained and compliant with standards.
Analyze acquisition process policy and procedures; suggest improvements and risk mitigation.
Perform cost, schedule, performance, variance and risk analyses; generate, review, and maintain documentation.
Travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements as required.
