Job summary

SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. seeks a dynamic Program Manager to lead full lifecycle execution of task orders under the WEXMAC 2.0 IDIQ contract, a Navy-managed enterprise vehicle supporting expeditionary logistics and global contingency response.

The role requires P&L ownership, strong customer engagement with senior government leaders, and the ability to deliver on schedule, cost, and quality in a rapid‑tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Security clearance (DoD Secret) may be required after appointment.
• Experience with program management in DoD contracting environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery.
• Manage program P&L, revenue, and margins to meet financial targets.
• Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines and ensure schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, supply, and base support across multiple orders.
• Interface with partners, customers, and leadership to align on objectives and outcomes.
