The role requires DoD contracting experience, strong P&L discipline, and the ability to translate complex requirements into executable plans across logistics, procurement, and base support domains.

Qualifications

• Background in logistics or expeditionary operations.
• Experience managing program P&L, budgets, forecasts, revenue recognition, and margin performance.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management including procurement and inventory.
• Ability to translate requirements into executable operating plans and budgets.
• Experience with contract formation, flow-downs, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery.
• Manage program P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance.
• Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines.
• Build and manage a network of logistics and service vendors.
• Oversee delivery across logistics, transportation, supply, and base support domains.
• Serve as primary interface with partners, customers, and leadership.
