Job summary

Montcure, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of a Department of Defense health program supporting wounded, ill, and injured service members and their caregivers. The role is remote with occasional on-site work in the National Capital Region, and you will hold full authority on contract matters while leading a team of about 25 professionals across policy, analytics, and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• Ten or more years of experience overseeing and managing large programs.
• Five or more years of experience overseeing and managing staff and personnel.
• Experience with federal contract administration and interface with Contracting Officer/Representatives.
• Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures, records management, and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables against fixed suspenses.

Responsibilities

• Own the contract as the single point of authority and release of deliverables.
• Lead a team of three senior cell leads and ~25 professionals.
• Maintain a daily battle rhythm and monthly/quarterly reporting obligations.
• Maintain a suspense register with owners and due dates.
• Develop and drive the quality control plan and corrective actions.
• Manage the customer relationship with the Contracting Officer and CO's Representative.
• Administer deliverable schedules, funding, invoicing, and subcontractor performance.
• Lead 30-day transition-in and transition-out activities.
• Report staffing status and onboarding progress over a five-year period.
