Job summary

BCG Federal seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to support DHMS through Workforce 3.0. This hands-on, individual-contributor role creates architecture models, diagrams, and governance artifacts, translating inputs into state, transition, and target architectures across domains.

The position requires DoD/federal context experience, MBSE tooling proficiency (CAMEO/MagicDraw), and strong writing and facilitation skills for government audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; field as listed in the ad.
• Minimum of five years of enterprise/solution architecture or MBSE in DoD or federal context.
• Hands-on experience with CAMEO, MagicDraw, or MBSE tooling; ability to model across domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain current-state, transition, and target architectures across business, application, data, and security domains.
• Create MBSE artifacts using CAMEO, Visio, and other approved tools with traceability.
• Document architecture models and collaborate with government and leadership audiences.
