Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role encompasses sustainment engineering, documentation updates, integration work, and training for third-party FAE contractors.

Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2. Supports review of online training suites and creates original curriculum.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and associated workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum tailored to operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum.
• Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum.
• Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.
