Job summary

Maximus seeks an Application SME + Trainer to provide subject matter expertise and training support for the JCC2-R application. The role develops and delivers direct training, reviews and creates online curricula, and ensures operator- and instructor-level content is included.

It is a remote position requiring Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly. Travel of 10–20% may be required. The assignment is contingent upon award.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in the functional area.
• Subject matter expertise in the JCC2-R application and workflows.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials.
• Ability to create and maintain online curriculum for operator-level and instructor-level audiences.
• Experience supporting JCC2 or similar DoD mission application training environments.
• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Role may require travel to a site 10-20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers direct training and instruction to personnel as instructed by JCC2.
• Supports review of online training suites for the JCC2-R application and modifies them as necessary, up to and including creation of a completely original online curriculum.
• Ensures training includes basic operator-level and in-depth instructor-level curriculum.
• Instructor training provides students with the knowledge and materials to deliver operator-level training themselves.
