InfoTrack is seeking a Document Specialist for a fully remote, U.S.-based position. You will bridge customers and field agents to ensure timely and accurate order execution within the Operations group.

The role is full-time and hourly, with compensation ranging from $19.35 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience. The team focuses on deployment, status updates, and maintaining accurate work orders while producing performance metrics for leadership.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in legal/litigation support or similar
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and reliability
• Proficient with Outlook, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Mansioni

• Handle customer inquiries and escalations with timely updates
• Coordinate with customer support, customer success and field agents
• Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management
• Develop and refine systems for tracking orders and responsibilities
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and responsiveness in all tasks
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
