Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an Associate Document Implementation Analyst to develop and deliver state and federally regulated documents. You will apply coding, analytics, and project coordination skills within a cross-functional team to ensure timely, compliant outputs.

You will grow proficiency in operations, digital tools, and integrations while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in document workflows and governance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with performing project coordination activities such as analysis, information gathering, documentation preparation, stakeholder relationship management, and project schedule maintenance.
• Healthcare insurance industry knowledge is preferred.
• Relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful development, production, and maintenance of state and federally regulated documents with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Contribute to a culture of growth by proactive problem-solving, resourcefulness, independent learning, and knowledge sharing.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Support the maintenance of core operational workflows to ensure smooth execution and consistency across deliverables.
• Identify and/or implement opportunities to improve workflows, coding practices, and process documentation.
• Leverage approved AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, problem-solving, and innovation.
