Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience interacting with regulators, auditors, or oversight bodies.
• Knowledge of risk and control frameworks, and healthcare regulatory processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead large team projects or initiatives with a global team of specialists.
• Coordinate with impacted departments to translate regulatory requirements into business and technical requirements.
• Provide executive summaries to Risk Partners, Business Unit leadership, and Audit Committee as required.
• Create and execute regulatory implementation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support external audits ensuring information governance, chain of custody, and minimal disruption to operations.
