Job summary

Qualifications

• Current doctoral student in nursing, psychology, or a related health or behavioral science field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at interacting with patients and caregivers
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong academic writing skills and interest in manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow human-subjects protocols
• Commit approximately 20 hours per week for 12 months

Responsibilities

• Conduct study visits with patients and caregivers
• Administer study measures and collect data per protocols
• Enter and maintain data in REDCap
• Lead qualitative interviews with patients and caregivers
• Assist with qualitative data analysis
• Participate in weekly research meetings
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations during the study
• Assist with other research activities as needed
