Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited institution relevant to Graduate School programs.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Five years of professional experience in a relevant field within the last ten years.
• Knowledge of APA formatting guidelines.
• Ability to mentor doctoral students and participate in dissertation review.

Responsibilities

• Mentor students through the dissertation process and program milestones.
• Review dissertation drafts and provide substantive feedback.
• Attend oral defenses and approve dissertations.
• Maintain visibility with online students and communicate promptly.
• Use Office365, Canvas, Zoom, and SIS for teaching and administration.
• Coordinate with Dissertation Chair to plan revisions.
• Meet with Chairs and students, respond to emails within 2 business days.
• Support the mission and goals of Capitol Technology University.
