Job summary

Toyota Material Handling is seeking a DMS Application Developer to lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack applications across ERP interfaces and cloud platforms.

You will mentor developers, promote best practices, and collaborate across departments to deliver reliable tech solutions for the dealer network and organization.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with a salary range of $94,020 to $147,055 per year and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in object-oriented programming & Software system development.
• 7+ years of experience in agile development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience designing and developing business applications that interface with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience designing and developing business applications on cloud architecture.
• Experience developing across a portfolio of web applications in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrate understanding of database design, data models and architecture.
• Must be able to design and articulate ALM strategies for mission-critical applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support full-stack applications that meet customer and business requirements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs and recommend effective technical solutions.
• Drive innovation through scalable, efficient, and modern technology solutions.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for web technologies, guiding capabilities, processes, and workflows.
• Mentor and support team members by troubleshooting challenges and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
• Work with departmental leaders to define, support, and achieve organizational goals and strategic objectives.
• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and perform responsibilities safely and compliantly.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
