Evommune, Inc. in Palo Alto seeks a Director of DMPK to lead ADME/PK/PK-PD strategy for small molecules, guiding programs from discovery to FIH. You will shape DMPK strategies, collaborate across functions, and drive high-quality regulatory submissions.

You will oversee DMPK studies, mentor teams, and ensure timely data to inform decision-making, with a focus on safety and efficacy in chronic inflammatory diseases.

Qualifications

• PhD in pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in small molecule DMPK leading programs.
• Experience in clinical candidate selection and translation.
• Experience designing PK/PD studies and understanding drug disposition.
• Proficiency in PK/PD data analysis using specialized software.
• Experience with regulatory submissions (IND/CTAs/NDA/BLA) for DMPK sections.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to interface with global agencies.
• Hands-on bioanalytical method development and PK analyses.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and scientific leadership in DMPK/PK-PD.
• Develop and implement DMPK/PK-PD strategies aligned with discovery and development.
• Lead DMPK on cross-functional project teams from discovery to regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, toxicology, clinical, and CMC teams.
• Design, execute, and interpret DMPK studies and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Oversee CROs and external partners to enhance DMPK resources.
• Contribute to regulatory filings (IND/CTA) ensuring compliance.
• Provide FIH dose projections and translate preclinical to clinical data.
• Adapt DMPK priorities as the organization grows.
