Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC. is recruiting for a Division 10 Estimator/Project Manager. This remote opportunity supports an established specialty contractor seeking an experienced professional to advance growth in Division 10 (Specialties) work.

You will prepare cost estimates, review drawings, develop takeoffs, and coordinate with vendors while supporting pre-construction activities and bid strategy. Strong MS Office and estimating software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Division 10 estimating.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates.
• Review project specifications and drawings.
• Develop accurate material and labor takeoffs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Participate in bid reviews and strategy meetings.
• Support project teams during pre-construction.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
