Job summary

Buick GMC is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead dealer partners across Milwaukee and Madison, WI. This field-based role requires living in the territory or relocating within 60 days and traveling up to 75% to dealerships.

You will drive EV adoption, launch new products, and work with GM teams to optimize inventory and customer experience. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in sales/marketing, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong analytical skills with Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven revenue growth record.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Google Workspace; ability to travel up to 75%.
• Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle in the territory states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between GM, dealerships, and business partners to drive performance.
• Provide consultative coaching to dealership leadership and staff to boost monthly/quarterly/annual sales.
• Analyze dealership performance, market conditions, and customer satisfaction to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate launches of new products and programs with dealerships and GM stakeholders.
• Forecast, order, and stabilize inventory; coach dealers on the Consensus allocation system.
