Job summary

Hub Group in Commerce, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to plan and secure the right workforce across delivery, warehouse and office at multiple locations. You will ensure policy compliance, drive KPI performance, and partner with local management to meet financial goals.

You will also facilitate start-up of new locations, train staff, monitor safety and inventory, and travel as needed to keep locations aligned with P&L targets and company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a related field.
• 3PL home delivery experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan with local management to ensure appropriate workforce levels at each location (delivery, warehouse, office).
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and internal processes.
• Achieve financial goals and maintain KPI performance.
• Collaborate with locations to communicate goals and guide achievement.
• Maintain KPI reports across locations and manage customer relations.
