• Provide leadership and guidance to stores to help achieve district sales and profit goals.
• Develop and implement plans and procedures to maximize district profits.
• Recruit, train and manage store management, ensuring adequate staffing and succession planning.
• Ensure outstanding customer service per Guest Care orientation and take corrective actions when needed.
• Monitor district sales and expenses, present district performance and recommendations to the Regional Manager.
