Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Distributed Systems Architect for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You'll lead the design and evolution of large-scale microservices, focusing on domain-driven design, resilience, observability, and security at scale.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on architectural leadership across complex transformations, deep cloud-native experience, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive multi-team initiatives forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with several years in architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in microservices design and distributed systems patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Java, Go, or C#.
• Strong understanding of API design, event‑driven architectures, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience operating high‑traffic, latency‑sensitive systems in production.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms across at least one major provider.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architecture initiatives spanning multiple teams.
