• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to locations per schedules or requests.
• Relay information to and from crews, supervisors, or other personnel.
• Use phones or texts to contact employees or emergency personnel as needed.
• Discuss and resolve problems with supervisors or customers regarding services or equipment.
• Prepare daily work schedules and assign work orders.
• Maintain communications within assigned territories and organize requests.
