Wilson Elser is actively seeking a Discovery Paralegal to join our national team. The role focuses on assisting with investigations, collections, and the organization and management of discovery databases for a broad litigation portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (Paralegal certification preferred) with 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification a plus.
• 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus.
• Professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision of attorneys, assist with investigations, collections, and discovery databases.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify potentially relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and case information; assist with document productions.
