Job summary

Wilson Elser is seeking a Discovery Paralegal to join a national team supporting a broad litigation portfolio. This role assists with investigations, collections, and maintaining discovery databases under attorney supervision.

The position offers a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement and can be located in any state where we have an office, with a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 USD and strong benefits. This is a long-term opportunity in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Paralegal certificate or degree a plus.
• 1–2+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong analytical and written/oral communication skills.
• Experience with document management systems and ESI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Under attorney supervision, perform investigation and collections duties to respond to discovery requests.
• Obtain and manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant materials.
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside the Firm.
• Maintain and organize evidentiary data and assist with document productions.
