Job summary

RTX is seeking a Directory Management Life Cycle Specialist to join our Directory Management Operations Life Cycle team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. This role works with vendors and stakeholders to maintain enterprise-wide Active Directory domains, Azure environments, and related tools, while troubleshooting issues and documenting procedures.

You will rely on English work instructions, participate in Sev 1/2 incident responses, and travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience with change management processes
• Experience managing large multi-forest Active Directory environments
• Experience with One Identity Active Roles
• Experience using Splunk to review logs

Responsibilities

• Installation, customization, configuration, and support of Active Directory support and governance tools
• Support processes to maintain an efficient platform, including domain controllers, sites and services, and currency/patching on directory management systems
• Review and update process documentation
• Participate in production support for Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
• Travel approximately 10%
