Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Active Directory experience in large enterprises.
• Expert knowledge of AD architecture, domain controllers, replication, and GPOs.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Deep understanding of identity security and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience leading large directory upgrades and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal expert for AD architecture across multi-domain forests.
• Lead modernization initiatives including domain consolidation and AD hardening.
• Architect and maintain Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, replication, trusts, and DC strategy.
• Oversee AD security posture: privileged access, tiering, auditing, and Zero Trust.
• Drive root-cause analysis of directory issues impacting authentication and apps.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and automation using PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Applications teams for directory stability.
• Evaluate vendor and staffing partnerships supporting directory services.
