Prime Therapeutics, a leading PBM, is seeking a Director of Underwriting to lead multiple underwriting teams, drive pricing strategy, and analyze financial performance. The role offers remote work and strategic influence across client segments, with a focus on sustainable financial outcomes and growth alignment.

The Director will collaborate with legal, sales, and client engagement to ensure accurate financial proposals, implement standardized processes, and manage staffing and productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent
• 8 years of underwriting, healthcare finance, pricing, consulting, actuarial, or related experience
• 5 years of leadership/people management experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Provides strategic direction and day-to-day guidance to underwriting managers
• Develops and executes ASO pricing and margin strategies with leadership
• Oversees and coordinates underwriting workflow
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of financial responses to RFPs
• Ensures contractual terms and caveats support the underwritten deal
• Manages staffing, productivity metrics and efficiency initiatives
• Provides direct support to Blue Plan Leadership
• Other duties as assigned
